I look at good hospitality as both great service and a great cocktail. Pushing myself to master both of these has been incredibly fun.

Showing a guest that a once under-appreciated cocktail can be the main attraction of their meal, is the greatest feeling to me. It's nerding out behind the bar, without talking their head off. It's meeting new people from all over with whatever crazy story they bring.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I love making history-accurate Zombies, as i'm in absolute love with the history and secrecy of Don's original recipe, so talking to my guests about that is always fun, no matter how many times I get to.
What would you do with the $20,000?I'd invest with it by paying for schooling in Viticulture or open my dream cocktail bar down the road... after fixing my car of course.
