What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?

Napa is home to an abundance of talented bartenders and innovative cocktails. It is an honor to represent this region and shine a spotlight on its remarkable offerings. Bartending transcends the mere creation of balanced drinks; it is fundamentally about crafting memorable experiences.

What is your favorite drink to make and why?

I like making an Old fashioned with sugar cube, angostura and Buffalo Trace Bourbon, then adding a little amaretto and Luxardo maraschino for a silky back palate. Because you can’t go wrong with a classic with a small twist without deviating much from its origins.

What would you do with the $20,000?

I would set some of it aside to secure the financial future of my two kids. Also I would give some to my parents that have always been there for me. The rest I would invest.
