What is your favorite drink to make and why?Two cocktails that have always been dear to my heart are the Margarita and the Pisco Sour. Pisco was one of the first spirits I worked with and traveled to Peru; Tequila and Mezcal I’ve worked with for over a decade and made it a passion of mine. I love these cocktail’s simplicity and loyalty to the spirit.
What would you do with the $20,000?I recently went back to school a few years ago and finished my hospitality degree at UNLV after years. I took a student loan to do so. So I would pay that off. Or travel..
