Besides talking to my guest and meeting new people I love to play with the different spirits and modifiers, learning about their history behind it , the learning process they went through to come out with the result , also get to know people preferences it’s my favorite so I could surprise them and make them have an experience different that other places
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Margaritas Because there are so many variations and it’s a cocktail that contains everything you need Acidity, sweetness, modifiers, solids , spirits etc Tequila it’s a stimulant and actually makes you happy 😄
What would you do with the $20,000?I will open my own bar It will help me to get where I need to be able to help my family and create a better future for my kids
