What is your favorite drink to make and why?Batochromical vegan sours made with POX (a corn-based Mexican spirit). Brings a balance between something new, something classic, aesthetic WOW factor and rich storytelling cultural value, making the perfect example of a "Complete Mixology Experience."
What would you do with the $20,000?I would keep on going with my mixology and botanical studies and make a road trip to spirits-producing areas to keep becoming a better bartender. I would also love to help my community with free bar classes supported by these prize.
