Learn MoreMy favorite part of being a bartender is the freedom of creativity. Understanding each small detail of flavor and how it balances or influences your technique. Being able to share what I’ve learned and something I created with everyone. It’s truly a form of art.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite cocktail to make is a smoked lemon drop martini. Mezcal can be difficult to work with but when you have a continuous balance, you learn to respect the boundaries of smoky vs sweet. I love my take on a classic old fashioned. And my espresso martini is absolute magic.
What would you do with the $20,000?With $20,000 I would not only pay off my debt, but set my family up for success. I would invest in myself and my future. I’m not sure what it holds but I know it’s worth it. I’ve spent a long time traveling and meeting people from all walks of life. I’ve heard their stories and I’ve taken it in. I know I could use every penny for positive experiences and opportunities. I would invest in me and my future.
