Learn MoreBeing a bartender is much more than crafting cocktails and tending to guests' needs. The reason I fell in love with this industry is as simple as providing hospitality. Ensuring my guests always feel welcomed and at ease. There is something truly rewarding about enhancing the bar experience for my guests by creating an atmosphere where people feel valued. This kind of human connection is what makes bartending so fulfilling for me.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?In my experience, most bartenders tell me they usually respond to a request for a Mojito with an internal sigh of apathy. Personally, the Mojito is my favorite cocktail to craft. Finding the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and herbal flavors can be challenging to get just right, but extremely satisfying when achieved.
What would you do with the $20,000?First thing I would do with the $20,000 is pay off my debt I have acquired from pursuing my Hospitality and Tourism Management degree. Next, I would put the remaining money towards my savings that will one day fund the opening of my very own bar that will always provide thoughtful service to all!
