PEOPLE and elevating the experience!! I bartend like I’m on stage- when I’m at your event or in service, I’m part of the entertainment. Whether that’s having a real heart to heart with someone who needs it, or getting my teeth kicked in slinging drinks for hours with a smile and bopping around to the music, I want to be part of the reason guests have the kind of night they’ll talk about the day after. Making people smile is why I’m still in this industry!
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Old Fashioneds, hands DOWN. Everyone who loves them likes them a little bit differently and it’s the best feeling when someone tells you it’s the best one they’ve ever had. The history is fascinating, the differences between regions are fascinating, and everyone you talk to is CONVINCED their way is the correct way…but at the end of the day my goal is to make you a drink that you’re thrilled with, that you’ll come back for specifically. Best feeling in the world.
What would you do with the $20,000?Two things. I would take a portion to invest in my business, and set the rest aside so I could afford to donate my services and product to fundraising events. I want to use our platform in the community for good. I want to be able to donate and be a sponsor for events in Kansas City, and this would give me the freedom to do it!!!
