What is your favorite drink to make and why?Honestly margaritas ! It’s what we are known for at Main Street Restaurant! We have many variations and different tequilas to really provide a delicious flavor profile. A favorite is our spicy jalapeño Margarita!
What would you do with the $20,000?If I won the $20,000 it would be a blessing. Something I have dreamt of was owning my own place but after landing at Main Street Restaurant I don’t see myself anywhere else - our village- our community- the owners I work for- it’s a true part of my everyday. I would take the winnings and put it into buying a home for my family and staying here in Saugerties continuing to serve our beloved locals and work with the owners to continue to provide quality authentic food and beverages.
