I've worked industry since 16. I've learned to respect all aspects of service and bartending has given me a outlet to express all of myself.

It may sound super cliche but I love the idea of showing who I am as a person though my drinks by using techniques and flavors that I experienced through out my life.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I love making daiquiris. A simple yet easy to mess up cocktail that only gets better with a higher level of ingredients and and understanding of flavor and balance.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would use it to kickstart a bar of my own. A place where I can show myself in the drinks and food. And a place to uplift other bartenders that want to showcase their talents and skills without feeling like they need to just fit into what the bar says drinks and bartending should be.
