What is your favorite drink to make and why?I would say Martini’s. For a long time I been doing the Martini Bar. ( Cruise ship days until today ) Also Mojito and Contemporary Espresso Martini, because of the process of making them. There is an opportunity to do your tricks and connect more with your customers and make extra tips.
