I love making someone feel seen and welcomed. Bars and restaurants are one of the few places people go where they actually want to be there. It’s important to me that time is spent enjoying the experience.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Any drink that puts a smile on a guests face. Some people like it sweet, some like it sour, and some people want something adventurous. Whatever you like I’ll be there to garnish it with a smile. At the end of the day hospitality is about the people we serve.
What would you do with the $20,000?I do pop ups that cater to people who do not drink alcohol and it is important to me that they feel like they aren’t just drinking juice and soda. If I had $20,000 I would invest in elevating my pop ups.
