What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite drink to make is the Ti’ Punch, the national drink of Martinique. I love its simplicity and the rich history behind the unique rhum used in it. The taste is unparalleled, and crafting this cocktail is a beautiful process in itself.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would use this money as the capital needed to attract an investor for my bar, turning my dream into a reality. Since I first entered the industry, owning my own bar has been my ultimate goal, and winning this competition would bring me one step closer to fulfilling it.
