What is your favorite drink to make and why?I think there is spectacular nuance in a Spanish style Gin Tonic. The key to making this a star cocktail despite it being minimal ingredients is the quality of the gin and especially the quality of the tonic water! The intention behind the Spanish style drink incorporates tons of fragrant garnish and perhaps a splash of fortified wine (vermu, sherry!) it’s a show stopping drink and it’s botanicals will allow you to pair it with a myriad of foods at dinner! What would you do with the $20,000?With $20,000 I would be able to pay my student loans, as cliche as that answer is. The life changing outcome of this however would allow me to pursue my dream in publishing a craft cocktail book made from Sherry-infused cocktails all hand made my me!
