It’s all about the craft cocktails. The venue itself is a sound studio that has been upgraded to include a soundstage. The talent that has been here is inspiring and has influenced me to create the best cocktails I’ve ever made in 20 years of bartending all over the islands and the country.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Right now, it’s my creation called “The Indigo”. It’s a purple martini and it’s pure magic. Absolutely everyone loves it!
What would you do with the $20,000?As a bartender with a deep passion for science, I’ve always viewed mixology as a form of scientific exploration—a perfect blend of creativity and precision. This passion drives not only my work behind the bar but also my dreams beyond it. If given the opportunity, I would use the funds to assemble a team of scientists to develop a prototype for an innovative recycling system: transforming plastic waste on the moon into usable fuel. This concept is my submission for NASA’s lunar competition.
