What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?

Connection. It affords me the opportunity to pour into people in more ways than one. I don’t only craft delicious beverages, I create lasting memories through moments and bonding.

What is your favorite drink to make and why?

Old Fashioned. I lean toward the classics. I want to master them. While creativity and innovation are praised, the principles of foundation are most important.

What would you do with the $20,000?

I haven’t a clue. I’ll pray about it, and be obedient to the answer received from God.
