What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?

Talking to people and creating craft cocktails that please every individual palate.

What is your favorite drink to make and why?

I enjoy making Margaritas, Smoked Old Fashioned, Watermelon Lemon Drops. Each one allows a different liquor to shine & require a genuine process to turn out as desired.

What would you do with the $20,000?

I have been researching into starting a mobile bartending business.
