As a resort bartender I get to meet so many different people that no two days are alike and no two conversations the same. I can’t even count the number of times that I’ve said “I definitely didn’t have that on my list of things I thought I’d be talking about today”.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Any drink I’ve never made before. I love creating new concoctions based on peoples preferences. The look of surprise and satisfaction when they taste something new and delicious that they most likely never would have ordered in the first place never gets old. But if I had to pick one; it’d be an old fashioned. Such a simple classic but so often done underwhelming. Sometimes you just got to keep it simple.
What would you do with the $20,000?The easy thing would be to pay bills because lord knows there’s plenty of those to go around. But, I’ve got a lifetime to keep paying bills; what I don’t have is a lifetime to spend with my dad. So, I’d like to take a guys trip with my dad and my two sons recreating memories of his life while creating new ones for Ethan and Elijah.
