I love people. I am not shy by any means & I tend to say exactly what’s on my mind. I typically have some kind of comedic twist to whatever the conversation may be about and it pulls people out of their shells. I literally make friends every single day. Patrons oftentimes return just to reconnect and catch up. I feel like I’ve honed in on the types of drinks to suggest for people that may be something they’ve never had or even better, work together to come up with something new!
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Chai Chatta: My holiday twist on a White Russian. I love me some Chai tea! But even moreso when liquor is involved :) It’s as simple as coffee liqueur, RumChata, and Chai Spirit. Shaken for froth and dashed with cinnamon. Or nutmeg. You can even add whip cream for extra sweetness! Warm, boozy and caffeinated! What more could you ask for?
What would you do with the $20,000?Buy property and build or buy a home. As a disabled veteran, I’ve lacked the commitment to be grounded and stable. At 36 years old I can’t have kids of my own and being adopted myself, I’ve decided to foster as a single parent. Not owning a home or property is holding me back from feeling that I am ready to make that big move and be feel fulfilled.
