I get to be a part of their story while sharing a piece of mine. It’s a role where I can express creativity, read the room, and make people feel seen, all while building community in a space that’s welcoming for everyone.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite drink to make is an Old Fashioned. It’s a timeless classic cocktail that showcases balance, technique, and the importance of the small details. I love how a few simple ingredients can be transformed into something complex and personalize, whether it’s with a unique bitters choice or a house made syrup. It’s versatile, allowing for creativity while honoring tradition.
What would you do with the $20,000?This money would help to open a location for me to teach mixology classes designed to bring people together and make cocktail-making approachable for everyone. With 10 years of experience in craft and dive bars, I want to share my passion for creating memorable drinks by teaching others in a fun, social environment. It’s about building confidence, exploring creativity, and enjoying the process, all while making delicious cocktails.
