What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?

I love to create new flavors to enhance craft cocktails by using fun ingredients and techniques, using infusions and foams to help balance the flavors giving a layered finish .

What is your favorite drink to make and why?

My favorite drink to make is called the smoked foie gra old fashioned. Blantons infused foie gra butter. fat wash whiskey, infused pear ginger cognac honey liqueur, black walnut bitters and smoked with rosemary and pear wood chips inside a Blanton bottle and serve table side. We sell a lot at snuff mill wine and butchery in Delaware were I work at now . Seeing the excitement in people faces when they try it brings me enjoyment

What would you do with the $20,000?

If I did win I would invest into a bar of my own and continue the creative process of making fun drinks with friends , family and guests
