What is your favorite drink to make and why?Any cocktail a guest asks me to create is my favorite drink. Just by giving me a flavor profile. Why? It’s the challenge of creating something different and being creative at the same time. And the satisfaction in their faces that you hit the mark. I was asked one time to create a peach cobbler cocktail. And the response was; “taste just like grandmas” the smile that it put on my face was classic.
What would you do with the $20,000?Honestly? I’m a single parent. So I want to make sure my kids have a strong future to do anything they want to be. So setting them up for their college education is important. Hey if they want to get behind the stick. Good for them cause it’s a great craft that will make them great people.
