What is your favorite drink to make and why?Dirty martini -you really get to show how well you can actually balance a cocktail Old fashion- I enjoy the satisfaction on a persons face after they take that first sip. It’s gratifying. Ramos Ginn Fizz- because I know exactly what’s it’s supposed to taste like, I love how extravagant the preparation is (low key not really tho 😂) I’ll tell you my story about the shift I had at Sazerac during Christmas and how I had to make 13 of them. But I digress.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would invest in my son and upcoming surgery & my community. Bridge the gap in hospitality and what it used to be while furthering my education in hospitality and marketing.
