I love crafting cocktails that make a guest want "just one more" & to serve it with a smile on my face. So, my favorite part is giving a level of service that guests want to come back to paired with perfectly balanced cocktails that keep them wanting more. My favorite patrons have nicknamed me "smiley".
What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite drink to make is a Lemon Drop Martini. I love starting with fresh lemons and crafting this drink with a perfect balance of sweet to tart.
What would you do with the $20,000?I will use the $20,000 to pay off some debt to help my family get to a better place financially. I would also like to take my husband and four daughters on a small but nice vacation/trip because they all deserve it and we haven't been able to take a real vacation in a long time.
