What is your favorite thing about being a bartender?

I like open creativity of the craft. Being able to provide a drink based off a guests based off their preferences of spirits and flavor. And, seeing their their face when you nail it is cool.

What is your favorite drink to make and why?

Well, I love Tequila, so I’d say simply a Paloma.., varaiation with Aperol and Mescal. It’s well balance. The Aperol compliments the grapefruit, the lime, mescal blend well harmoniously for a well balanced drink.

What would you do with the $20,000?

If I were to win, I would use the money to help get my batch cocktail business launched. And, if any remained, save. Long term goal is to open a bar in Lisbon, Portugal..
