What is your favorite drink to make and why?I’ve been dabbling in molecular gastronomy, I put together a deconstructed dirty martini. I made our own olive salt, an olive infused dry vermouth that I put in an atomizer, and olive caviar! Also, anytime I can smoke a cocktail, I love seeing the ‘wow’ on everyone’s faces!
What would you do with the $20,000?Im married with 4 incredible kids, ages ranging from 17 to 6 months, they’re my motivation to always push myself to be better, I know they’re watching. I would take my family on a vacation, they deserve it, they are so supportive. I would also be able to invest in all the tools I need so I can keep perfecting my craft.
