Definitely the connection I make when people take that first sip, questioning and guessing what I did to that 2nd, 3rd sip, trying to figure out the elements then just a simple grin and nod of satisfaction of me doing the damn thang haha
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I wouldn’t say I have a favorite drink to make. My favorite thing is the art in all the different styles of cocktails out there. Really meeting the complexity of flavors to sweet, bitter, etc ratios. When my friends or guest love something I came up with on the whim is such a fun feeling and does some inner child healing haha There’s no boundaries when it comes to this and I think that’s the coolest part. I’m a mad scientist in my own kitchen!
What would you do with the $20,000?I’ve had a dream, like most of us do, to open my own restaurant/craft cocktail spot. I think this would def give me a helping hand in doing that.
