Creating new drinks! We are a distillery so we have to make all of our syrups and cordials from scratch. I love creating trends… not following them
What is your favorite drink to make and why?Right now, I would say our Christening… if Bananas foster and bourbon had a baby… this would be the offspring! It’s got egg whites and a beautiful carmelized banana chip garnish. It’s a crowd favorite!
What would you do with the $20,000?I would use it to help grow our distillery and live music venue! I love my job and want to keep it moving and grooving!
