Every person, every drink order can be a new challenge. I love being able to confidently create something that is specifically catered to the individual.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I love to make rum cocktails, in particular a Cable Car. I love how spiced rum interacts with lemon and orange liqueur. It’s a sweet little twist on a sidecar and it goes over well with new and seasoned drinkers alike!
What would you do with the $20,000?I would hire help for my mother, pay off debt and then take a little vacation!
