Want to learn more about our competition?
Learn MoreBeing able to use my creativity and knowledge creating cocktails for guests that don’t know what they want or like. They will only know what spirit they usually drink and I love wowing them with pairings, mixers, or even spirits that they normally wouldn’t ever try.
What is your favorite drink to make and why?I love to make gin cocktails for example like the clover club, for guests who are scared of gin because gin is just a beautiful spirit in my opinion and so many people aren’t open to trying it. Gin martinis are great because for the guests who know what they want, a martini with a twist is perfect when they tell you it’s just the right amount of vermouth or if they want to try something different and liquor forward Negronis and Negroni Sbagliatos are amazing as well.
What would you do with the $20,000?I would take the $20,000 and invest it into myself to go to college and pursue a degree in Hospitality Management to be able to work with restaurants and bars hands on to create an efficient workplace for the bartenders and serving staff.
