What is your favorite drink to make and why?My favorite drink to make is an espresso martini. It rides a fine line between bitter, sweet, boozy, and dessert-y, and when made correctly & with quality ingredients, is absolutely delicious.
What would you do with the $20,000?Buy some new equipment for the bar team, like a centrifuge & immersion blender, plus use the rest for education trips to distilleries & tap rooms in the south!
